  1. I don't get what your saying. If you want a job as a translator, there is Language Line Intranet, my mom works for that company. If you need someone to translate, you can call Language Line. But if you want to translate yourself, try buying books for other languages. I have a few already.

  2. First of all identify what languages you translate from or into.  That gives you an idea of some target customers - businesses who deal with countries that speak those languages.

Secondly, do you have any specialist knowledge/vocabulary - construction, chemical industry for example?  If you do, you can target companies in those industries and offer your services to them.

If you e-mail potential clients make sure you're not breaching spam regulations.

If you're in the UK, speak to your local Business Link about your proposed business.  They have lots of free help and advice and have some specialist knowledge, too.

    Good luck!
