  1. I'm surprised that it's so expensive,  but I have to say that cabs in France are more expensive than in US.

It seems that you can not go out from your wheelchair to take place in a normal cab. It may be hard to use the subway, but it should be possible.

So the best thing is to as directly to CDG airport

Here are couple of links about CDG airport :

    the official website

    http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/Adp/en-GB...

       to contact them : http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/Adp/en-GB...

    From oustide France, dial +33 1 48 62 12 12

(between 7am and 9pm, French local time)

    Informations for disabled people

    a non official website

    contact@cdgfacile.com  (in french)

    contact@easycdg.com (in english)

    Bon Voyage

  2. To my knowledge the RER (suburban express train) to Paris is wheelchair accessible, but I could be wrong. At any rate it's much cheaper, so unless you know for certain that you can't take it, I would look into that. The RATP's English website is http://www.ratp.info/informer/anglais/in...

I hope that helps. Have a great trip!
