my boyfriend is really ill n i live in the US and he lives in Canada and i dont have a passport to get to him helpppppppppp meee please wattttttt do i doooo

you still dont need a passport, just a government issue ID, the new passport rules dont take effect fully until 2009. So go to visit your boyfriend.

You also need a proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate, not just the ID.  Read that link from the other answer.
