  1. I have had to teach myself the art of electronics. There are plenty of resources avalible. Check out Make Magazine (makezine.com), Servo magazine (servo.com), BW Science Labs (sciencelabs.blogspot.com), Evil Mad Scientist Labs (evilmadscientist.com), and books published by O' Riley Media (http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=amb_link_608...

Good luck. Electronics is a great thing to learn.

  2. If you mean "personal" tutoring, that may be hard to find. You might see if there are any local Ham Radio ARRL Clubs near you.  Local colleges and Universities is a good place to look for hands on help with electronics.

You might plug "Electronic Tutorial" into you Internet Search engine and see what comes up.  Lots of information there.

Best thing to do is gets some books on basic electronics; take some radios and TVs a part and use those components to build electronic devices.  Learn the basics first as some electronic circuits can be a bit of a danger.

If you have any problems with basic math skills at all, I suggest a really good math tutorial program called MathTutorDVD.com   This is an excellent program at a very reasonable price.

Check with your local library and see if they have any information on electronic tutoring.  Sales people in electronic supply stores may also know of resources you're seeking.
