  2. The first port of call to look is your Business Plan.

    Will the following impress the Venture Capitalist:

    The Management and it's experience

    The scaleability of the idea, i.e it's potential to grow

    The Business Idea overall

    Where will the money come from your idea, who pays you ?

    What are your Financial Projections for years I - IV ?

    How much do you need, what will it be spent on and how much of the company will the Investor get for it ?

    Is your valuation realistic ?
