I need 2-4 ways to measure relative time, any help would be appreciated.

  1. I'm not sure if I'm on target here, but it is my observation that time not only has volume, it has shape and location.

    I am a cab driver, but I work by appointment.

    Three disconnected twenty-minute gaps in your schedule do not add up to an hour that you can use.

    An hour of vacant time that you have when you are twenty minutes away from the errand you need to accomplish will not benefit you if you need to be back where you are currently in another hour. If the errand requires 25 minutes to complete, you will be late.
