i would really like to make a famous websites and whoever gets the best answer will get a really good account. I would also like to know how much it is. Thank you and please tell me.

It doesn't really matter what you call it -- it's the quality of the site, administration, purpose, and content that matter and which will carry it to fame (or at least wide repute).

Eg.: Small Dead Animals is a blog by a woman in western Canada and hers is actually one of the most widely-read sites for the politically-inclined in the country.
