this kind of information is diffucult to get online.  most owners tend to be secretive about rates.  you should check with a logistics company or a shipping company - moran towing, trailerbridge (out of jacksonville) - i think all run tug & barge  services along the east coast.  but too be honest, it depends on the size and weight of the cargo to be moved, it may be easier and more cost effective to truck it.  good luck!
