well lets see....

im on probation for six months and have to do 25 hours of community service for being in the same car as beer? sweet...

i have a sucky job that pays me 7.35 an hour where i barely get any hours but work almost every day so its kind of hard to get a second job

my car just got a new engine in which cost me 2900 dollars that i have to pay 100 dollars a month on...and now the transmission is screwed so i have to get that looked into as well

i can't go back to college this semester and actually have to sue my dad for the money because he's being a prick

i have a credit card balance that is going to take up 30 bucks a month at least because i was an idiot my freshmen year and did that whole thing

life sucks? any advice? keep the criticism to a minimum, *** holes.

  1. I am sorry that you are having so many rough starts. It will get better. Car repairs and credit card debt are part of the picture, but you really need to get that card paid off ASAP.

Talk to the financial aid office at your college... there are grants, scholarships and loans. It may be worth your while to take out a loan just to get your education back on track, just make sure it is the kind of loan that you can consolidate. You can put any unused portion to work paying off your credit card... better to pay 5% than 18%.

Talk to the boss at this job and see if he can consolidate your hours so you are not getting your days eaten with few paid hours. If he can't help you out, you might have to give the current job the old heave-ho.

Consider filling out as many applications as you can on-line, then try to line up several interviews on one day, and call in sick at the current job. A lot of grocery store chains have websites that allow for this, and they have multiple shifts. You might be able to juggle 2 part-time jobs if you can't find a full time job.

  2. take your blues away by reading a book about a dad who stole the sons wife ran off with her and decided to rob a bank in Thailand where he sold the wife of his son into slavery and ended up beheaded for armed robbery
