I need words that associate with anorexia?

I'm doing a project for my digital arts class and it has to be a picture made entirely of words that expresses a certain issue that is going on with teenagers today. I chose anorexia for mine since it seems to be a huge problem. Soo...I need words that associate with it to make into a graphic. AS MANY AS YOU CAN THINK OF. I need hundreds. I'm not talking about words like "thin" or "skinny." Those are obvious. I just need any kind of word that will relate to anorexia in any way.
