I need workout advice or tips?

Basically I do alright with most of my exercises, and I get consistent results for the most part. So I'm pretty satisfied with my routine, but I can't seen to make my biceps much stronger. I tried to find information online and the info I've found is very contradicting about what is most effective. So I just need some good exercise recommendations, and tips for arm exercises. Thanks.

  1. you wanna work on maximal strength with your biceps? the best way is to do power sets (3-6 reps).  as you get stronger in this you will be able to lift more weight the usual 8-12 reps you are probably doing


  2. If you are already doing good biceps, keep doing them,

    just take to the max! when you feel you can no

    longer go on, find it inside and give it all times 2!

    Add more weight.

    3-4 Different bicep work outs with out putting

    the weight down.

    Like 10of this,right after 10 of that,
