I guess it depends on your bone structure. Look at your face in a mirror... if your jaw and cheekbones are really defined and prominent go for the shorter cut. If your bones aren't as promiment I would go for the second look.

i say u should get your hair as the second one. but scince you have bushy hair it probably wont work that much. so thats when chris's tha first onez hair looks better. and if you have a long face, then sure go with the second one but if you have a more rounded face (the first one) and if its in middle thenstill go with the seconde one

It depends on your face structure. If you have a nice round head that is small the first one would be better.  also it will emphasize your bone structures on your face.  the second one is better for less structured faces  but depending on the cut be careful if you have a long face not to make the cut long too.
