I'm after a new phone broadband and cable package. At the moment, we're with BT but mum is looking to change over to maybe Virgin Broadband, or any other ones which have a good deal. So... Could you help me out, advise me on which package to get? We want a cheap one but that has a good deal. Do you have any suggestions or where could I find out from? Thanks, God bless xx

  1. I've had no problem with Virgin, when i have needed help they have been eager to please.

  2. MY GOD NO!!!! Don't change!! BT offer the best packages on the market. You need to discuss your options with BT. I suggest you try one of the price comparison websites online to help you out.

  3. Sky Sky and Sky again.

Like someone said, phone + digital tv + internet for £26

They bought easynet a few years ago (Ukonline), and therefore their broadband infrastructure is excellent.

  12. Hello

Virgin media have a fibre-optic broad band connection which mean its a faster more reliably system than the other broadband packages out there.

My friend has wireless broad band from BT  ( via phone line ) and the quality is different every time you use it ,  some times you’ve got to wait a long time just for a basic web page to load . Sky uses a phone line for broad band too so their connection is will be like BT's.

I would go with virgin if I were you , especially if you going to down load stuff , as there is no download limit with virgin.

    Hope this helps .

We then changed over to sky for this broadband, line rental and tv for a deal - best ever!!!!! And you get sky plus, they are very helpful and quick!
