I need your Opinion - Which Logo do you think is best?

Question

This logo is for a real estate company and I can't decide which logo appeals to the public the best, what is your opinions?

Wow!  You have several to choose from, and not one of them stinks!  :o)

If you (or the client?) are looking to sell residential real estate only, then my choice would be logo #3.  It's a unique design, the letters are very legible in the company name, and to me that logo stands out among the crowd.

If you (or your client?) are looking to sell residential and commercial real estate, or hoping to go both of those directions, then logo #4 is my favorite of them all.  It graphically represents the company's direction, its services...  and it is an eye-catching and very legible design.

Just a quick note on a few of the others:  to me, logos 2, 6, and 7 have the name of the company displayed in a manner that is "hard on the eyes," in other words I have to study them a second or two in order to make out what they say.
