I need your advice. I am searching for a GREAT location to open a small coffee cart.?

From anyone who runs a successful coffee cart, or anyone who has a great idea- We are talking about a simple, smart looking, smallish cart. -Super clean, with a super friendly employee. I am looking to sell between 100 and 200 cups per day-Nothing too fancy, just 5 or 6 different kinds of really great tasting coffee. Any thoughts? :>)
