I need your advice please anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question

i have been calling out of work for about a month now when my manager asks why i cant come in i say oh "doctors Note" so they leave it at that. But now i wanna come back and the only way that could happen is if i show them the doctors note which i dont have because it was a lie what do i do..........i dont wanna get fired....

You may want to come back today, then tomorrow.."I don't wanna".... we decide how hard we will work and must live w/ the consequences.

If it were me I'd probably make up a huge lie about some important family matters.

There's probably no way you're not going to be fired.  Be honest, wouldn't you fire an employee like you?

This is why it sucks to be low-level management. Your boss is going to see right through your lies--away from work for a month? He or she is going to have to let you go, and probably won't provide a good recommendation, because you've been completely irresponsible about having a job. This is not a pleasant task for a boss.

More lies and really inventive excuses are not the way to go. What I'd recommend is that you step up to the plate, call them and explain that you don't have a doctor's note, and ask if you can report to work if your attendance is consistent from now on.

If they've done without you a month already, they've probably figured out they don't need you.  It wouldn't have taken me an entire month! I'd be training your replacement as we speak.

If you don't want to be fired, and you probably will be, then quit.  If you don't want to face up to what you've done, call and let your boss know you won't be returning.  Most likely, they'll be relieved you're gone.

When you chose to call off and lie about why, you chose to be fired.  Didn't you think ahead at all?  What did you think would happen?

The only way would to get a doctor to support you and then you could maybe file papers to get on a fmla leave or a personnal leave. If this doesnt work then i hate to tell you , but you will most likely loose your job, unless you work for a real understanding job or a desperate place even if your a good worker they can not let you do this without letting everyon. First, go to a clinic and pretend that you're sick or you could buy doctors note at any medical store.
