I need your help, what are some good ideas?

My parents anniversary is next weekend and I have no idea of what to get them. We're taking them out to dinner, but I want to get them a gift or something else. Any ides, it's their 25th anniversary, anything would be helpful!!!!

You've had plenty of time to carefully think out something wonderful and meaningful to give your parents on their Silver wedding anniversary.  Sorry, but I don't want to be a part of your mad scramble at this stage of it.  Just hope that your own kids will put a little more thought into YOUR 25th wedding anniversay when your turn comes, and hope they don't turn to Yahoo Answers for help on what to get you!

And oh hey - congrats to your mom and dad, people don't often to make it to their 25th wedding anniversary anymore.  This is very special!

i gave my parents a trip to hawaii but of course it was kinda expensive    

u might want to consider asking your friends or family to pitch in to get them something big

Most people give mementos for a 25th, like a decorative item that says 25th or Silver anniversary.  We got lots of things like that.  Some other nice things were silver picture frames, a silver photo album to hold pictures of our anniversary party.  After 25 years, most couples can use new towels, in a color that matches their bathroom.  New sheets are nice, too.
