Recently i graduated my bachelor degree. Now i want to study master degree in UK or USA, AUSTRALIA for full scholarship. How can i find it. And how can i applicate university? Please help me?

International students in the U.S. do not qualify for most scholarships. There are other sources of funding, such as assistantships.

You can look for scholarships and fellowships on the web (all extremely competitive.

You will need your transcrips, 1 letter of intent, 2-3 recommendation letters, Certificate of Degree (if your transcrips doesn't state that you earned a B.A. degree) and other info.
