  1. just keep telling yourself that all that junk will end up on places you don't want it to be! and that all that junk can wind up causing major health problems such as diabetes, heart attacks, heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. the best way is to keep the junk out of you home, and substitute healthier food options when you're craving something unhealthy

  2. take a picture of yourself and put it in the refrigerator. every time you open the door you will see yourself and think "wow... i realy look like that? I wonder what will happen if i keep eating like this.."

  3. Ok, here's what I would suggest, throw away all the junk so you don't have any to eat. Then, eat healthy foods like normal, Instead of a donut, drink some fruit juice like V8 Splash, or an eight oz. glass of water everytime you crave something sweet. Drink it all. Set a realistic goal for yourself, take baby steps toward you ultimate goal. You can't just diet to get unsquishy. You have to exercise and tone up your body as well. If you don't want anything strenuous, try yoga or pilates. Don't expect to lose a lot of weight right away, that will only frustrate you more. And if you need motivation, remember why you want to stay on your diet. And how you feel every time you eat something bad makes you feel. You may need a diet buddy if that is possible. Its hard for me too, I have nearly no exercise because I work 2 jobs and have 2 small kids to deal with before and after work. How bad do you want to succeed? We all fall off the dieting bandwagon, but don't let it stifle your desire to eat healthy, Just try to drink an 8 oz. glass of juice or water when you crave the bad stuff. It will fill you up and the craving will go away. Dig deep, girl. Good luck!

  4. i have the same problem but what helped me was not to buy any junk food, only healthy food and to make sure i workout almost everyday i think about what i will look like if i don't and that its not healthy if i just sit there, not doing anything

  5. I am once again watching myself-my 2 friends are on WW and I have seen their successes.  -  I don't know your age or how much you would like to shrink-  my goal is 17 pounds-I did lose 7 in 3 weeks.  I look for success stories on the internet-Read them.  They are inspiring.  REMEMBER-you are transforming yourself into a healthier you.  If you are like me, I like my goodies and chocolate etc. I am looking for substitutes.

I am working out every day -treadwill,walk in the neighborhood, dancing, and I bought a bike-talk about thighs burning-  Now that I am exercising, I am not feeling so squishy anymore.  I am trying to think like a healthy weighted person.  I keep junk out of the house.  That helps.  Write in a notebook too.  Think positively.  For every day you act in a healthy way, you will shrink.  Good luck... The days have to pass...why not make a plan for yourself to make them ones that will give you a terrific feeling of accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  6. Yours is the only body you have treat it with respect and keep it healthy.  Would you pour coca cola in the gas tank of your car? No, it would kill it and stuff like that is not what your body needs to be fueled throughout the day.  It is your vehicle through life, do you want it run down before your 50 or do you want to be climbing mountains then?  It starts in the mind and the body reaps the benefits.  And remember that stuff looks better in the trash than it does on you.  Good Luck!
