Is this a good resume???

I have a cover page I just didnt upload it here because it has my private info....But is this pretty good??

First link is the 1st page and 2nd link is the second page of the resume. I encourage any tips or improvement suggestions.

Somehow redesign it to fit on one page, and most of your potential employers may read the whole thing.

Long Objective. Put the position desired there.
