  1. never ever build a theme deck because then it will have a many disadvantages. for example on dragon decks use dark paladin effect ( 500 extra points on attack for every dragon monster) and it will dominate. or someone could use dna surgery and change your type then ur equip or other cards that compliment the theme will be ruined. I have the best deck ever check it out by looking at my questions.

  2. Step One:

Choose a solid and good theme for your deck.

Ex. Monarch, Crystal Beast, Zombie etc....

    Step Two:

Get the required fillers that your deck needs to flow well.

Ex. Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Brain Control etc..

Step three: Get the cards that either suit your chosen theme or who's effects work well with achieving certain goals or tactics within your deck.

Step Four: Post your deck onto this site and see what people say about it, and change it according to those criticisms.

I know that this seems a little vague, but It's actually really hard telling someone how to build a good deck. It's actually really easy to build playable decks once you get the hang of it, practice makes perfect.

  3. Step 1: Either choose a theme or buy a structure deck. (ex.The Dark Emperor)

Step 2: Think of ways how to improve the strategy of the deck and improve it.( Buy another copy of the deck or get cards like D.D. Crow )

Step 3: Build a side deck to counter opponen't deck.( ex.Magnetic Mosquito for gadgets and cyber dragon)

Step 4: Test the deck by playing with other people

and finding the deck's weak spot and fix it.

Step 5: Post your deck on Yahoo Answers to

see other people's comments and thoughts about

    your deck.

    I hope this helps!
