if your kind of chubby is it possible that you can get an amazingly skiiny body ?

    Hold up hold up.

    What are these tabloids doing.

    If you're wishing to "loose" weight safe, and healthier.. the PROPER way, then listen up.

    Anyone, can do anything, it's just a matter of doing it 'right'

    Keep you're calarie intake to 1200-1500 calaries if you're on a diet.

    Exercize 4-5 times a week ( 40-50 minutes of cardio- running walking, swimming, etc .. ) , take up sports and phyiscal activities.

    Eat balanced meals, 5-6 small meals a day, that consist of the dailey nutritional plan ( whole grains, protein, fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc .. )

    And make sure you eat a minimal of 1200 calaries or you're body will go into starvation mode, and it will slow down you're metabolism so it's harder to loose weight.

  2. No, most likely, unless your body is ALL fat. If you have a larger frame, chances are that you have more muscle then a tiny skinny girl would. You're just built larger. If it bothers you, then tone up and loose fat, but chances are, you'll never be tiny. Who would want to be? Doll, once you're out of high school, men aren't attracted to the kind of girl who is so skinny she has no b*****s or hips. They like women who are toned, but curvy, and have bodies that look like women!  

  3. well, if you mean chubby as in overweight, then you can lose weight and be healthy. And to do that, swim laps 1.5-2 hrs. a day, 4-6 days a week. You can find good workouts online and push yourself. Also, watch your diet by eating healthy. And don't starve yourself...it doesn't work.
