I needs Sims2 Help!!!?

So i've been having a problem with the sims 2 bon voyage pack. It downloads perfectly but when i go to run it is appears as processing but never actually opens up. The body shop still works thought. If you can help me or at least help me contact the Ea Headquarters or who ever it is that i need to fax I would be very appreciative.

Try reinstalling it, but if you do, go to LOCAL DRIVE, EA GAMES, (I think that's where it is, unless you moved it) and copy all of the information to a back-up folder.  Then see if reinstalling works, if not, then try the above answer.

What are your computer specs?

if you are running on vista i suggest right clicking on the sims 2 bon voyage icon and click run as administrator it sometimes helps.
