i am a no body and i found out about my property i sold it for almost $100,000 but now i dont know what to do with it

if i spend it carelessly i will soon lose it and become a nobody again i wanna do something that could increase my money and make me really really rich but i dont know what

i need your help guys plzzzzzzz tell me what sould i do with it some buissnes or something but what?
