I never got a confirmation email?

I bought a corncob pipe for my dad for hannukah from a website called sevendeals.com . I purchased the pipe with my credit card and that was on friday, I still am waiting for a confirmation email from them so I can track my package, I've contacted them twice through their email (their is no telephone number to call) and they have not responded to both of my emails. I just want to know where my package is and make sure I didn't give out any risky information with a non-legitimate website. What should I do?

  1. There are many similar complaints on the Internet regarding www.sevendeals.com (do a quick search for "sevendeals".)

    I would contact your credit card provider and explain the situation.  Ask for the transaction to be reversed.

    Keep copies of the e-mails you have sent for future reference.

  3. check your junk mail folder it may have been sent there

  4. Does the website create an "account" for you? If so, you may be able to check account status information via their site.
