you can choose from every thing they have at there stand and put what ever you want on.

You pick the sandwich that you want from the menu, but you can add any extra toppings that they have, as much as u want.

I recommend the sweet onion teriyaki sauce.  I don't like onions but the sauce is amazing.

They have a menu but they will pretty much make whatever you want if they have the ingredients.
