''It's scheduled to be back in service at 9 AM PST (GMT -7) on Tuesday, March 25.'' I live in Finland, that is GMT + 2. How am I supposed to calculate when it's going to be back in service in Finnish time ??

My first option ... I got 4 AM (Tuesday), but now it is almost 10 AM and the service is not here yet.

My second option ... 2 PM (Tuesday). If that's so, then it makes sense, because their service is not here yet.

So GMT - 7 means that you have to go back seven hours in order to reach PST time. But first time(with the answer 4AM) I thought I had to minus 7 hours from PST time. And the Finnish + 2 and GMT - 7 cancel each other a bit and result to - 5. Therefore I have to go 5 hours forward from 9 AM. And I will arrive at TWO o'clock..!!! IS THAT CORRECT ??? If YES, then YAHOO!!! I MADE IT...!!! :D What a big day... first time in my life....!!!
