I never learned to ride a bicycle Are there any bike instructors in Pennsylvania?

Depending on your age (judging by the fact your on an Answer site you're matured) you can pretty much teach yourself how to ride a bike.  It's very simple to do as well.  The one thing you have got to master is balance.  Find some things around the house and stand on them without falling over for practice.   Once you get on your bike, find your center of gravity by just trying to balance w/o pedaling.  When you think you are ready to go, put your dominate foot on the corresponding sides pedal and kick off.  I learned how to ride a bike when I was younger than 2, going from training wheels to just 2 wheels in one day!  I also live in PA in the Pittsburgh area so if you ever need any more help and are nearby, just give me a holler!

No, I suggest you get training wheels, or a very big tricycle.
