I never pray my isha on time. need help.?

i have this prob of not praying isha on time. do you pray on time? how do you do that? pleez help,

As with anything else in life, I guess you have to have a schedule. As time to pray the isha approaches why not set an alarm clock or egg timer so you can stop working on what you're doing and take time to pray? Work on managing your time better. That should cut down on stress and guilt.
