which made sango mad i don't get it if mirkou liked sango then why didnt he say anything

  1. He did care thats why he whispered something in her ear.  He saw the situation as if she truly wanted to be with Miroku no one would have to give her advice, she should decide herself.  Sango got upset, because Miroku actually believed that sango was going to marry the other guy.
