  1. You dug your own hole; Don't expect any sympathy from me. I've never even been able to get a council house and have struggled for years; including limiting the number of kids, in order to provide food, clothes and shelter for those I already had..

You have a council house, yet didn't pay the rent and now you're being evicted. It'll be a life lesson for those kids of yours then, won't it? And guess what, It'll be the taxpayers like me who end up footing the bills anyway...

  2. What is your question?

  3. Pauline is right, your lucky to even have a council place, now your going to have to go private and struggle further.

it will be your children who suffer most.

i would love to have the opportunity for cheap rent, my partner and i work 90 hours between us but still struggle.

but you've thrown it all away, what a shame.

  4. Go to the Social and get what benefits are due to you.You can get Housing Benefit etc. Do it as soon as poss, don't miss out.

  5. So why don't you claim benefits?  If you are entitled, you should be getting them.  At least it would give you breathing space, to review your situation and see what way you can contribute.  You don't have to be on benefits all your life.

You don't say what ages your children are, but if they are at school, there are job possibilities during shcool hours.  Do something.  Anything.  You gotta start somewhere. Why not here, and now?
