I no this is really silly of me BUT?

im moving out in abouth 3-4 months renting...which is about 350 pcm....what other bills do i need to consider...and on average what would the cost be for a 1 bedroom flat, based on person living there?? thaks for yor time

Electricity

Gas

Water is about £20 a month, council tax (band b) is £110 per month over 10 months,

and gas and electricity obviously varies -  quarterly bill approx  Ã‚£200, .

On top of that you have the phone an internet, about £30 for both and tv licence.  

I'd budget about £250 a month for bills.

I disagree with Steve on the council tax (how you tell without knowing the exact address ????) However, I would also estimate £200-300 per month bills (being careful during the winter month, having double glazing,  gas heating and not electric heating).
