How do you even know that a shotgun wedding is "doing the right thing"?

People keep saying it's doing the right thing, how the heck do you know? Wouldn't that be based on their personal relationship?

Rush into a marriage just for a baby who is basically a mistake how some people are descrbinging can be a long-term negative expeirence. Just ask the housewives of utah who are the number 1 depresssion medications users.

If it was so planned why is it five months in the pregnancy? Wouldn't have gotten married soon as they found out? Shoudn't they have been married before it happend?

I don't think they are holding a gun on the girl, evidently she wants to marry the guy.The houswives of utah have to share their old ugly husbands with five others and get abused as well. I don't think that the Palin's daughter planned the pregnancy and she probably didn't tell her parents for awhile either. It's not 1950, this is not as shameful as it would have been then, they really don't seem to be trying to hide it.
