I am telling you right now frankly, It is on AVON. Because it is convince and a good price not as Bobby or Walmart is. I notice that on Walmart only sell one liquid eyeliner for $10 -$20 which will peel off when it is dry . That is why I don't but from Walmart for any kind of eyelash , eyeliner or etc products. Avon is esp. a woman co. that is hoping to produced things you like.

There is a "Line N' Design Eye Duo" for 3.99 only description of it is Glide-on liner and shimmery-to- power shadow get together in one sleek 14fl oz.

there is other eyeliner waterproof for all day 08fl.oz but buy 7.50 and then buy an another for 1.99 only

I prefer Sephora Brand Long Lasting eyeliner which only goes for $10.

lol I use my liquid liner from N.Y.C. and it is only $2. Lasts me the whole day and the brush is AMAZING. The brush is very thin, it is not the pen kinds. It is actually a long, half an inch brush. Anyway, as Megan Fox has said it, "It is amazing! I love it and I CAN'T live without it!" (Seventeen's MAY issue).
