  1. The 2,567,458th time this question has been asked.

To those who don't know, this question constantly appears on Yahoo Answers as a joke.

  2. where you not watching last year

  3. That indicates that the helmet is 'miked' and the QB can hear direction from the coach and upstairs...

This question is asked multiple times a year...

  4. a green sticker in the shape of a circle.

  5. that means he can here the coach in the booth calling out the plays instead of looking to the sideline coaches for play changes

  6. Oh, gosh. It's time for this to start again....

  7. I read about that in the news.  One of his teamates had squashed a jellybean on the back of his helmet.  Let's be glad it wasn't it a red jellybean.  That would have confused everybody.

  8. The green sticker means that helmet has a headset inside, so a coach can call in plays from the sidelines directly to the player.  What is new about this year (and something other responses fail to mention) is that, this year, the DEFENSE is allowed to have one 'miked' or 'stickered' helm on the field at a time.  Before this season, only the offense was allowed.  This change is likely a direct result of Spygate, which you can learn about through a Yahoo! search.
