Over the past 3 years, i've been undergoing many procedures to try and contain the inflammation from S.I Dysfunction/Sacroilitis. The last procedure I had, about 5 months ago; was a RFN (Radio Frequency Neurolysis[Destruction of the nerves: L5/S1/S2]). Recently my dad has noticed as well as me, Strange bruises all over my lower back.

Im not one to do much, I can't do anything physical, exceeding a 10lb push/pull/lift limit is "too much". I'm not a total couch tater. I go swimming/ and use a home Rehab plan from a therapist i've been seeing over the years which consists of: Towel Marches, Hydrotherapy, Minor stretches (NO ROMS LROMS). Just stuff to relax my severe muscle spams when I Knot up like a pretzel.

Strange enough, I can't find any answers as to what these "bruises" could be. They don't hurt, they're black/purple/brown/greenish like any other bruise. These have just been here for almost 2 months now.

Any ideas?
