Question:

I/o error on a Fisher Price FP3 Player

This is the second one. Fisher Price replaced the last one. I was giving me the SAME error message. It has no songs on it and will not recognize that it is plugged into the usb. I think it needs to be reformatted but can't figure out how.It says I/O error.Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks
