I often dream that I can't breathe. What about you?

I have had a lot of dreams in which my throat is very narrow or something and it's difficult or hurts for me to breathe. It feels VERY realistic, I panic a lot. Does this mean anything? Has it ever happened to you?

I often dream this way and also of dying... I connected it to sleep apnea and sleep paralysis.  Have it checked out
