I often get pins and needles in my hands. Is this a sign of bad health?

This is a sign of decreased circulation, like if you sit on your hands and then notice the "pins and needles".  It can also be nerve damage to you hands.  Do you spend hours writing or typing.  If so either way let your hands and wrists rest.  Warm soaks will increase circulation and rest will let your nerves recover.
