I often yell in my sleep...why?

well..ive never caught it on cam or w.e but my parents tell me i often (once a week ...aprox) yell in my sleep...

im 19 i have adhd and tourettes...probably doesnt matter but ya

 its so anyoing because i'm 14 and i yell and sleepwalk 2-4 times a week, i usually go down to the t.v room and watch t.v when my parents are there, even when im sleepwalking, but i never know i have done anything! i also scream alot and punch the air, i also yell peoples names to stop, like 'harry stop hurting me'
