I once played this Dungeons and Dragons like board game...and i forget the name of it.?

in this game you chose a character card. depending on which character you chose, you can move a certain number of spaces. the point of the games was to move around and defeat monsters and collect gold. depending on your character you had to collect a certain amount of gold. there are different chamber like things that contained different level monsters. in higher level chambers, there would be multiple monster cards on one treasure. you had to defeat all the monsters to collect the treasure. I really loved this game and would like to buy it some were. if anybody knows wat i am talking about please answer, and if you know were i can buy it you would be a great help.

I believe the board game to which you are refering is called Hero Quest. I too love that game and have bought it online on e-bay. I have the original box and all of the expansions (even the European only expansion), so I would suggest your start there.
