I only discovered last Sunday this 1 1/2 hour lame pre-race show on TNT......?

LOL on the lame show.  I don't know what time it starts but I like the FOX pre-race shows a lot more.

Ya know folks the whole pre-game show concept is in over kill not only with Nascar but Football to. just my opinion.

I am a huge race fan in general and follow the IRL as close as i do NASCAR.

What i want to see is NASCAR do the side by side like the IRL does. way to many commercials over all and way to many in a row.

If i may offer a suggestion. I watch the race with the volume turned down and listen to the race on the radio. The radio guys do a great job.

I agree, TNT's coverage is ridiculous. A one-hour "pre-race" show, then Countdown to Green. No. Countdown to Green is THE pre-race, not the hour of c**p that's shown before it.

My husband's experience attending NASCAR races: He thinks the ACTUAL RACE begins on the 1/4 hour...Fifteen minutes of advertisements, the prayer, National Anthem, flyover and some goofball screaming "Gentlemen start your engines!" All this taken into consideration, somewhere between 2:12 and 2:20 the race SHOULD start.

(And for God's sake people, please remove your hats!!)

He thinks coverage on TNT sucks too!

I heard it was 2:15 eastern time..yeah TNT pre race show is 1 hr toooooo long. I turn on MRN/PRN on my Sirius radio, no c**p or B/S there, just good racing talk...
