Question:

I only drink water..?

I hate soda and I think fruit juice is way too sweet and sugary. I don't like lemonade or any of that and I try not to eat/drink refined sugar. For the past 6 months all I've had to drink is water (and LOTS of it!) I'm a college varsity athlete so I am drinking water 24/7. I know it is not bad to drink water but are there vitamins etc that I may be missing out on by not drinking anything else? I eat a very healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies.

  1. Nope. Water is the ultimate drink.


  2. Its fine so long as you get the things from other food.

  3. yes your fine I really like water to and as a hockey player sometimes I crave it just might want to have some milk to drink the water will quench your thirst and keep you hydrated  

  4. I only drink water too. I think it's fine. You will get most of your vitamins from food. Maybe try to have a glass of milk per day too.
