Here's what I ate yesterday:Breakfast (10:30 AM): 1 fuji apple (90 cal); 1/2 cup cooked plain oatmeal (75) I exercise everyday, burning at least 350 cal per session. Snack 1 (2:00 PM): Frozen banana (90 cal)Snack 2 (4:30 PM): 1 large celery stalk (10 cal) w/ 1 tbsp of peanut butter (90 cal)Dinner (6:30):lots of veggies; 2 tbsp rice; 1 serving of fish; 2 small pieces of beef (300 cal total)Is this healthy?
