I only have freckles on my upper lip - it looks like a mustache! is there a way to make them go away?

I have fair skin and blonde hair, so I always use sunscreen, especially when I'm outside. I have a couple of freckles across my nose, on my arms and I'm ok with those, they're cute! However, this summer, I was at the beach and when I came home I realized that I got blotches/freckles on the sides of my upper lip - IT LOOKS LIKE A MUSTACHE!! Since I have fair skin and light hair, it looks EXTREMELY obvious! Is there anything I can do to fade/hide? My cover up doesnt seem to do the trick : ( Any help would be great.

I have the same thing

freckles fade in the winter, so as long as you make sure to keep your lip super sunblocked next summer and the next, they should fade away in a few years.

Girls with freckles are HOT! The more freckles a girl has the HOTTER she looks! Freckles on your upper lip would just make me want to kiss your lips! Freckles are the first asset I look for on a girl before asking her out on a date. A girl without freckles is like a night without stars.  Freckles ROCK!

The only thing I can really think of is a good concealer and foundation  sweetie , make sure you set your coverup / foundation with a powder .

If you want to use makeup to "hide" your freckles ... It really depends on just how “prominent” your freckles are. If you have the kinds of freckling that is a widespread spray of freckles that are just a little darker than your skin tone, you may want to use a tinted moisturizer and loose powder to cover and blend away the freckles for an even skin tone. However, darker, high-contrast freckles may need an oil-based liquid or pressed powder foundation in order to cover them up and give you smooth, even skin.



       The thing to remember is that you want to match your base skin tone carefully. You will only defeat the purpose of the make-up’s use if you use a foundation color that is darker than your skin’s base tone in order to better cover-up the freckles. Wide-spread dark freckles can be dotted with concealer before applying the foundation to make coverage easier.
