  1. I get them on my back too. I found that hair conditioner has oils in it and when I rinse the conditioner out of my hair after I have scrubbed my back, that I break out. So I always wash,  condition, then scrub my back to get the oils off my skin.

  2. If you have long hair that lays on your back or if you use hair conditioner this can clog your pores back there.  You might try a lighter conditioner and make sure you wash your back after your hair is rinsed very well!  Also if you workout or sweat a lot back there this can cause more acne there too!

  3. Hi dear. areas of acne formation depends upon your skin type, ur hair etc. you said you hav it only on ur back.

if your skin is oily, it definitely catch dust, which may cause acne. I hope u take good care of ur face, just do it wid ur back &shoulders.

If ur skin is dry, u may hav d prob of dandruff. just hav ur hair in pony or tie it up in ur regular time.

dis may even happen with ur fabrics. use soft clothing.

dis is ur teenage, there will be harmone imbalance, but dis is not permanant.just reduce pizzas n other oily food, tak fresh fruits n vegetables, tak 8-10 lit of water daily. YOU WILL BCOM AN ANGEL.....*,*........

  4. They could also be sweat pimples. What types of fabric do you wear? Try wearing cotton shirts instead of polyester.

  5. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day whether you exercise or not to avoid bacteria buildup.Try  http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/ for more info.

  6. I get this, its no big deal.

Do you have long hair? Do you wear a shirt a couple times in a row without washing it?

For me, I would always have my hair sitting on the back of my neck/shoulders because I would wear it down a lot, that caused it from all the oils/etc in my hair.

So I started to wear it up more often than not.

Also, if your wearing a shirt, it collects sweat and oils already on your back and if you continue to wear it without washing it, then the oils reenter your back pours :)

  7. Just like on your face, which is the most common are to get acne, you can get acne anywhere. You need to wash your back and get the bacteria and oil out of your pores just like you would your face. If you can't reach, buy one of those loofas with a stick (i don't kow what they're called). It's important to take care of your skin, whether it'd be your face, your legs, or your back.  Best thing you can do is if you sweat, hop in the shower.
