I only insured my Rottweiler today and she's dislocated her leg !?

The vet has given her two days to see if the leg starts to heal its self, if not she's going to need x-rays and an operation. I dread to think how much it's going to cost. Will the insurance cover this? It was a genuine accident but i'm worried thay won't cover her on the day the poilcy was taken out. Help!

The longer you wait to get that leg put in place the harder it will be for the dog. Doesn't the vet accept post dated checks?
