  5. No.  He was cremated, and the ashes are with his owners.  They want him to be placed in a museum honoring Pennsylvania racehorses.

  7. no.  he wasn't buried anywhere yet.  he's still with the Jacksons.

    The Jacksons have offers from Kentucky Horse Park and Churchill Downs.  He could stay at Lael Farms (his home stable).  But the real reason he hasn't been buried yet is that the Jacksons want to make a museum to celebrate the area horses, but museums take a long time to build, so until they're sure what's happening with the museum, they're not going to bury him anywhere.

    I know you asked for yes or no, but seeing as how I already got a thumbs down, I figured I'd give the whole story...
