  1. 30 minutes of exercise is the amount to MAINTAIN your current weight, run a little longer to lose the weight

  2. No actually, you would need to run for 30 minutes a day to maintain your weight then do some other form of excercise for about 15-20 minutes a day to slowly burn you fat off. Try going to speice gym. Its great. they have speacial weight losing programs. Try changing your diet also, that might work, try eating light foods for a week. That might work, and heavy foods once and a while.

  3. Your body needs to mix things up to keep your metabolism going. It's mroe than running 20 minutes 4 times a week. You need to consider your diet...the intake of calories and good fats vs. bad fats. It's taking a look at what type of running you're doing...is it intervals? or long, slow run? are you talking walking breaks? Are you running up hills? down hills? etc.

You need to mix things up to get the best results. A combination and balance of everything is key.

  4. I WAS TOLD AT LEAST 40 MINUTES CARDIOVASCULAR EXERSISE IS BETTER AT ONE TIME 3-5 DAYS A WEEK IS THE BEST TO GET YOU HEART PUMPING AND MOTABALIZM WORKING I WAS TOLD THAT BY MY GYM I GO TO THEY SAID THATS FASTEST TO GET WEIGHT LOSE RESULTS
