I only took 7hr this summer will i get a full pell grant?

Call your financial aid office and ask them.  But the criteria is different for summer semesters, so maybe.

If you went full time last fall 07 and this spring 08 then you would get no pell at all because you earned the max in those two semesters.  If you did not attend during those semesters at all or only went one or part time, you might.  Best to do is call the schools fin aid office.  Full time in the summer is only 6 hours not 12 so the FULL amount is only half what it would be during a regular semester.
